Cancellation Policy

A consultation is required for all new clients. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule changes are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a fee and can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and/or No-shows (no call/no text) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Multiple Cancellations and/or No-shows (no call/no text) may require in prepayment in full to book appointments. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This helps protect the time I’ve set aside just for you. I do understand that true emergencies can happen. If that’s the case, please let me know. I handle each situation with care and grace. To ensure that you get your preferred time, I encourage you to rebook before leaving your appointment.
